Her calm and quiet gaze, her determined searching eyes, carved with precision, a masterpiece of divine endowment, the lines of her history, the pains and birth pangs that brought forth her offsprings, awakened to consciousness, by the very arm that desecrated her virginity, Africa the wailing mother, calls her young from age long slumber, br the old refuse to lead, bereft of wisdom a can of flies, the young are restive, living by their might to breakthrough Mediterranean frontiers, some lost in the flight buried in the womb of the sea, some others, a terror to their hosts, a handful more, leave footprints of giant strides.
