Artist Statement
My name is Olomola Tobi, I’m a contemporary visual artist using the medium of painting with oil, acrylic and charcoal on canvas. My art articulate the expression of human mind towards is vicinity, how they react or respond to change within and without his mind.
My art discipline the fact that human strength wax stronger due to the challenges that make them.
Prior to human changes, the burnt brown colours makes me blend and comprehend more about the Black man going through rigorous pain before he was made to succeed. I have exhibited my works in a group show at Soto gallery, my debut exhibition in a modeling studio in Lagos at 2020 and also participated in a group exhibition in my school ( Unilorin ArchiFest)
