Seven years.

They say seven is a lucky number, but when I look at you, I know luck had very little to do with it.

This was grace.

This was destiny.

This was the Creator placing your hand in mine and trusting us with a journey that would shape us, stretch us, test us, and bless us.

Through these seven years, we have seen peaks and valleys.

We have laughed under sunlight.

We have held each other through storms.

We have faced moments that tried to break us, moments that questioned our strength, our patience, and our faith.

But somehow, every time life placed something in front of us, we overcame it.

Not because it was easy.

Not because we were perfect.

But because we kept choosing each other.

Again and again.

You have been my peace in chaos, my fire when I felt cold, my mirror when I needed truth, and my home when the world felt too heavy.

Loving you has taught me that marriage is not just about romance.

It is about covering each other.

Praying for each other.

Forgiving each other.

Growing together, even when growth comes with pain.

It is about standing side by side and saying, “Whatever comes, we face it together.”

And here we are.

Seven years later.

Still standing.

Still loving.

I thank the Creator for you — for your beauty, your strength, your heart, your spirit, your patience, and even your fire, because every part of you has made this life richer than I ever could have imagined.

You are my blessing.

My answered prayer.

And as we celebrate this seventh year, I pray for more laughter, more healing, more abundance, more love, and more years of waking up grateful that I get to call you mine.
