This painting is the 3rd of the red star series, here I focused on the realities of dealing with the loss of a loved one and the wanton loneliness that trails their departure- casting a shadow over our day. I also looked into the possibilities of moving on with life, leaving behind the worlds we built around people whom we thought would never leave us for anything or anyone else
