Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, analytical, and visionary Business Manager to help scale our operations, manage cross-functional initiatives, and align strategic goals across departments. This individual will serve as a central hub for business planning, performance tracking, internal operations, and resource coordination—ensuring that TriBBBal’s vision is executed efficiently and with impact.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring seamless communication, task delegation, and progress tracking

Support the CEO and leadership team in strategic planning, reporting, and implementation of business objectives

Track KPIs and prepare financial, marketing, and operations performance reports

Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Coordinate between the Sales, Talent, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure goal alignment and execution

Identify areas for operational improvement and propose scalable solutions

Support grant writing, fundraising documentation, investor reporting, and pitch deck development

Maintain compliance with legal, financial, and organizational policies

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or startup leadership roles
