Role Overview
We are seeking a bold and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our revenue-generating strategies. This person will play a pivotal role in connecting our platform with artists, content creators, collectors, and partners, while driving subscriptions, marketplace activity, and brand collaborations. The Sales Manager will oversee a growing sales team and report directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across digital products, art marketplace, memberships, and brand partnerships.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers.

Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, agencies, collectors, and cultural institutions.

Drive outreach campaigns targeting artists, creators, and businesses interested in our platform.

Identify new market opportunities and potential revenue streams within the creative and diaspora economy.

Track KPIs and sales performance metrics; provide regular reporting to leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Talent, and Product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and messaging.

Represent TriBBBal at digital and live events, art fairs, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the creative industries, tech, or cultural organizations.

Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and exceed revenue targets.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, and community engagement.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Deep appreciation for art, culture, and the global Black creative landscape.

Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and modern sales platforms.

Self-starter with a track record of initiative, leadership, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
