My sculptural practice explores the relationship between form, material, and human experience. Working primarily in three dimensions allows me to engage the body as both subject and participant, inviting viewers to encounter the work through movement, scale, and physical presence. I am drawn to materials for their inherent histories and limitations. Whether manipulating rigid or organic substances, I embrace resistance as an active collaborator in the creative process. The marks, fractures, and tensions that emerge during making are not concealed; they become evidence of transformation and time, mirroring the imperfect systems that shape our lives.
